Training the people who train others
Teachers, coaches, clinicians, and leaders learn to regulate their own nervous systems first, then carry the practice to everyone they serve.
For organizations
Build capacity your own staff can run
Curriculum, training, and coach support. Your people learn to deliver it, so the work continues once the engagement ends.
See the work and pricingWhat makes this different
Most wellbeing training hands out techniques. Techniques have no theory of change.
A breathing exercise, a gratitude journal, an app subscription. People try them, feel something for a week, and stop. Nothing was trained, so nothing held.
This program trains levers, the fifteen capacities that behavior actually runs on, and teaches the mechanism underneath each one. When your staff understand why a protocol works, they can adapt it when conditions change. That is the difference between a workshop and a capability.
Measurement
The change is visible before anyone leaves the room.
Wellbeing programs are usually evaluated on a satisfaction survey. That tells you people enjoyed the afternoon. It does not tell you anything changed.
Large rooms
Volunteers are instrumented and their live data is projected. Nobody watches a slide about physiology. They watch a colleague’s nervous system change in real time, then run the protocol themselves.
Cohorts of up to ten
Everyone wears their own sensor across the engagement, so each person tracks their own baseline and their own change rather than the room average.
Sensors travel to the engagement. Cohort sessions ask the host to provide tablets, or participants pair to their own phones.
Where this has been done
Police officers, clinicians, teachers, and kids.
Books
The same work, at your own pace.
Organizations hire TenzoX to train their people. Everyone else can start here, today, for the price of a book. Two are available now.
